Karlijn Straver
Karlijn Straver is an expert in diversity & inclusion and the position of women in the workplace. She has in-depth knowledge of topics such as psychological safety, inappropriate behavior, microaggressions, and unconscious bias. She is regularly featured on live radio, involved in journalistic research as an independent advisor, and has previously appeared on television, including RTL Boulevard.
As a university lecturer at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, she taught courses on diversity and inclusion in organizations. At T-Mobile Netherlands, she laid the foundation five years ago as a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor. In recent years, she has spoken both on behalf of WOMEN Inc. and in a personal capacity for numerous employers about creating an inclusive labor market.
With her background in psychology and corporate anthropology, Karlijn connects inequalities in the workplace with practical strategies that listeners can apply in their daily work in an interactive and engaging way.
