Marion Mulder is a futurist, visionary, speaker, and senior strategic advisor specializing in Conscious Futures. Her expertise lies at the intersection of innovation, inclusion, and well-being. She combines her extensive experience in technology-driven innovation with social systems change, helping leaders and teams look beyond what is possible and what is permitted, and focus above all on what is desirable.
With a career spanning more than 25 years in emerging technologies, she has been at the forefront of digital evolution for decades: from the dot-com hype and the rise of apps to the early adoption of chatbots, voice technology, and AI. Marion has worked on both the business and IT sides, as well as in roles that connect these worlds, giving her a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges of technological progress.
As co-founder of Workplace Pride—a foundation dedicated to LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace—and a board member for 16 years, Marion has developed a keen eye for inclusion, ethics, and sustainability. She currently serves on the Supervisory Board of AT5 and advises executive teams and startup founders on making their organizations future-ready by connecting technology with ethics, humanity, and societal impact.
